Equipment Repair
Equipment serviced includes: IMMs, Extruders, Presses, Grinders and Granulators, Shredders, Dryers, TCUs, Chillers, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, PLCs and Drives, Electrical, Robotics, and more.
One time equipment repair, routine maintenance, and emergency after hours services are provided. Emergency services available evenings after 5pm and Sundays.

Previous Repair Projects
Hopper Auger Repair
Customer found large pieces of steel in screen of plastic extruder and did not know the source. Upon inspection, it was found the auger in the material hopper had failed at a joint. The damaged shaft end was removed, and a new end was made and welded on. Equipment was down for two days, and customer was able to start up with first shift when they got in in the morning.
Lufkin Gearbox Repair
The client had a plastic extruder with a severe humming and vibration in the gearbox which was worsening. The problem was found to be a damaged and worn shaft, which had caused damage to some gears. The shaft was repaired, and damaged gears replaced with only two days of down time.
